Our Story
Lemon & Brioche started with a teenager, a love of baking, and a little family pop-up.
What began as Baked by Olivia grew from cookies and cinnamon rolls into something much bigger than we originally imagined. As our menu grew, so did the number of hands in the kitchen. Before long, baking had become a family affair.
Lemon & Brioche is the next chapter of that story—a family-run microbakery in Lodi, California, built around made-from-scratch food, recipes we love, and the kind of treats that remind you of something Mom or Grandma used to make.
We're still the same family behind Baked by Olivia. We just needed a name big enough for where we're going.

Made by Our Family
There are a lot of hands behind Lemon & Brioche.
Olivia is where this all started. Her love of baking turned into Baked by Olivia and eventually brought the rest of us along for the ride. Today, you'll find different members of our family mixing dough, baking cookies, packaging orders, making sourdough, stocking the stand and doing whatever else needs to happen to get everything ready.
We make everything in small batches and from scratch. Some weeks you'll find longtime favorites. Other weeks we're experimenting with something completely new.
It's not always perfect or fancy behind the scenes—but it is ours, and there's a whole lot of love that goes into it.
